Fashion Week: Paris

Neutrals are taking over, and naturally, we are ecstatic.

Paris’s fashion week has officially flooded the streets of 2016. Through the camera lens of photographer Pierguido Grassano, Teen Vogue captured what happens to be a monochromatic dreamland.

“Straight”, “Structured”, and “sophisticated” swarmed the styles this year. Layering different textures is what made the difference between yawning and stunning. Accessorizing with furs, (faux please), or fringe will take your look a step up. Don’t be afraid to get funky with style! When it comes to the length of your layers, the more variety the better.

One thing is for certain. Black is back, and it’s coming from all directions. Bold choices like a fisherman’s cap or hints of denim can spice up a dark outfit. Blacks, browns, nudes, and denims were the top choices for the shoot, giving us insight to what will soon be flooding our closets.

We have good news for anyone looking to catch some extra Z’s. The models’ hairstyles are somewhere between Sleeping Beauty and Aurora Borealis. Softly tousled hair, otherwise known as bed head, is sweeping across Paris, and the revelation is sure to catch starting now.
